A blend of 75% Seyval Blanc and 25% Pinot Blanc with fresh citrus notes, aromas of red apple and subtle stone fruits, this wine has a great mid-palate structure and a balance that is nicely rounded with good effervescence. The lees ageing brings some aromas of pastry and brioche reminiscent of a delicious apple pie.

Tasting Notes

An excellent crowd pleaser for toasting any occasion. Try with canapés or a fresh fruit meringue.

Wine Making

Variety: 75% Seyval Blanc, 25% Pinot Blanc

Location: Stonehouse, Amberley, Woodchester

Vinification: Whole bunch pressed, 1-2 weeks fermentation at 16°

Time on lees: Minimum 15 months

Alcohol: 12%

Residual sugar: 12.5 g/l

For orders of all items we try to deliver within 2-3 working days, but can be up to five working days.

Please provide an email address and a mobile phone number for order tracking and delivery puproses. For deliveries sent by our courier (ParcelForce), an email and text message will be sent to you to let you know when your delivery will arrive. If a landline number is provided, this will not be used – you will just receive an email notification instead. For local deliveries, we will use your number only to call you if lost.

LOCAL DELIVERY: If the delivery address is within GL5, GL6, GL8, GL10 or GL11 then delivery is free for 6+ bottles. This will automatically apply at the check-out. For other orders, a charge of £9.99 will apply.

MAINLAND UK: Delivery is free for all orders over £120 to Mainland UK. For orders under this a charge of £9.99 will apply.
